Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I'm not local to your area. Can I still use your services?
A: Yes. Most of our clients are not local. All correspondence can be done through email and over the phone.

Q: How long does it take to design a website?
A: The length of time will depend on several factors, including how complicated the design style is and how many pages are on the website. Many sites can be completed in about 2 weeks.

Q: Why should I choose you to design my website?
A: Please see our "Why Choose Us?" page.

Q: What are your prices?
A: Please contact us for a quote.

Q: Do you provide web hosting services?
A: No, we do not. Our clients are free to use whichever hosting company they choose. We strongly recommend MediaTemple because of their service and pricing.

Q: Why is it important that a site is designed using web standards?
A: Each internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Opera, Firefox, etc.) views websites a little bit differently. In addition, Mac users may see things differently than PC users. Web standards make websites as accessible to as many people as possible. For more information on web standards please visit The Web Standards Project.
