We have been using Sufio for over two years, and until recently, the invoice and credit export functionality worked efficiently. However, we are now experiencing significant delays, with CSV export emails taking hours to arrive. We understand that the system is being upgraded, but timely access to these downloads is critical for managing daily business transactions.
We would greatly appreciate a solution or an interim measure to ensure exports can be accessed promptly while the upgrade is in progress. Reliable support is essential for businesses like ours that depend on these functions daily.
